About my journey
I'm Susan T. Ouellette.
My journey to SuSanity Life began when I woke up in a hospital, with no idea how I'd survived a near-fatal highway accident.
Through months of rehab and recovery, what sustained me was the guidance I received from my late father. He reached out to me while I was in a coma and shared that my intuitive healing gifts were sorely needed.

When I took my father's words to heart, my path of learning and discovery was incredible. I wrote and published a 5-book collection, Messages From Your Inner Child. I raised three wonderful sons. I completed my clinical training and became fully certified, and the school invited me back as a teacher.
I developed The SuSanity Technique to answer the growing need for deeper healing and relief from trauma-induced pain. In 2020, my SuSanity Life clinic opened its doors in Sturbridge. Between client visits, I consult, teach and host my radio show, and as my schedule permits I host Evenings with Susan "Messages" events.
My ideal client is the person who gives and gives and never stops. It's time you found the healing you need, the healing you deserve.

Booking
All services are by appointment only, on a first to book, first to be seen schedule. A non-refundable booking fee may be charged to reserve your appointment, and it will be clearly shared when you book.
Late arrivals & rescheduling
If you arrive late there's no guarantee your appointment can go ahead as scheduled. A different service may be offered, or you may need to reschedule, and the booking fee would apply again.
Gift cards & events
Gift cards and live event payments are non-refundable. Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase. If you can't make a live event, Susan will do her best to offer an in-person or Zoom session instead.
